These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Basamt ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://basamt.cam. These Terms govern your access to and use of all content, features, information and services available through the Basamt platform.

Basamt operates as an English-language online gaming information and platform hub designed for Pakistani users. We provide informational content on sports betting, live casino products, responsible gambling practices, payment ecosystem context and player education. Basamt does not operate as a licensed gambling operator and does not accept bets, hold player funds or process gambling transactions directly.

By accessing, browsing or using the Basamt platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Access to the Basamt platform and any associated gaming services is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction and the laws applicable to you;
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not prohibited from accessing gambling-related information or services under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• You have not been subject to a self-exclusion order or gambling ban in any jurisdiction that would restrict your access;

To access certain features of the Basamt platform, users may be required to create a registered account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• One Account Per User: Each individual is permitted to maintain only one registered account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false, incomplete or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
• Notification of Breach: If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately at the contact address provided in Section 16.
• Non-Transferability: Accounts are personal to the registered user and may not be transferred, sold or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
• Identity Verification (KYC): Before processing withdrawals or where required by applicable regulations, users may be required to complete a full identity verification process, including submission of a valid CNIC or passport, proof of address and, where applicable, a liveness check. Documents must be submitted exclusively through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification flow.

Basamt uses the personal information provided during registration in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Basamt grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only. This licence does not include:

• The right to reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent;
• The right to use automated tools, bots, scrapers or crawlers to extract data from the Platform;
• The right to reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any software or technical component of the Platform;
• The right to frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on another website or application without authorisation;
• The right to use the Platform's content for commercial gain, including resale, sublicensing or redistribution.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Basamt makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for purpose of any information published on the Platform. All content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice of any kind.

Basamt reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the Platform or its services.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Basamt platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification or any communication with the Platform;
• Attempting to access accounts belonging to other users without authorisation;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud or financing of illegal activity;
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, bugs or errors in the Platform for personal gain;
• Colluding with other users to manipulate outcomes, exploit bonuses or circumvent Platform rules;
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, promotions or other benefits to which a single user would not ordinarily be entitled;
• Engaging in abusive, harassing or threatening behaviour toward Platform staff or other users;
• Uploading, transmitting or sharing malicious code, viruses or disruptive content through the Platform;
• Systematically extracting or scraping Platform content for commercial or competitive purposes;
• Impersonating any other person, entity or representative in communications with the Platform.

Basamt reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether conduct constitutes a violation of these Terms and to take appropriate action accordingly, including recovery of any amounts improperly obtained through prohibited conduct.

The following terms apply to all deposit and payment activity associated with user accounts on the Platform:

• Funding Source: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the name of the user. Third-party funding is prohibited.
• Accepted Methods: Accepted payment methods are displayed in the Platform cashier at the time of deposit. Availability may vary and is subject to change without notice. References to payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah on this Platform are for informational context only and do not imply that these providers endorse or support gambling transactions.
• Currency: Where applicable, transactions are denominated in PKR or the currency specified by the operator at the time of transaction.

The following conditions govern all withdrawal requests processed through the Platform:

• Identity Matching: Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts registered in the exact name of the verified account holder. Discrepancies may result in withdrawal delays or cancellation pending resolution.
• KYC Completion: Full identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. This may require submission of a valid CNIC, passport, proof of address and, where applicable, a liveness verification.
• Wagering Requirements: Where a bonus or promotional credit has been claimed, any applicable wagering requirements must be met in full before withdrawal of associated funds. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering conditions may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

You are granted a limited licence to access and view Platform Content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish or redistribute Platform Content without prior written authorisation;
• Use any Platform Content in a manner that implies endorsement, affiliation or association with Basamt without consent;
• Remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark or proprietary notices contained in Platform Content;
• Create derivative works based on Platform Content for any commercial purpose.

Basamt respects the intellectual property rights of third parties. If you believe any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us using the details in Section 16.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Basamt, its directors, employees, agents, partners and affiliates shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising from contract, tort, negligence or otherwise:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any financial loss, including gambling losses, incurred by users through operators referenced or described on the Platform;
• Any inaccuracy, error or omission in Platform Content, including informational guides, illustrative figures or third-party operator descriptions;
• Any interruption, suspension or discontinuation of Platform access;
• Any actions taken by users in reliance on Platform Content, including decisions regarding gambling participation, payment methods or KYC procedures;
• Any consequences arising from the user's failure to comply with applicable local law, including Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.

Basamt's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Basamt for any services, or PKR 5,000, whichever is lesser.

Basamt is committed to promoting responsible gambling and player welfare. The following terms reflect our obligations and your rights in relation to responsible gambling:

• Age Restriction: Access to gambling-related content and services is strictly limited to adults aged 18 or older, or such higher minimum age as required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction. We employ reasonable measures to prevent access by minors.

Basamt reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any user account at any time and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A user has breached any provision of these Terms;
• A user has provided false, fraudulent or misleading information at any stage;
• A user has engaged in any Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 6;
• An account is associated with money laundering, fraud or other criminal activity;
• Continued account access poses a risk to the Platform, other users or the integrity of gaming operations;
• A regulatory or legal obligation requires the restriction or closure of an account.

Upon account termination for cause, any bonus funds held in the account may be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the user via the original deposit method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the resolution of pending investigations.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests related to responsible gambling concerns are handled with priority and may include self-exclusion processing.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform's operator is licensed, as applicable at the time of any dispute. The applicable jurisdiction is subject to change and will be clearly communicated to users where a material change occurs.

For users accessing the Platform from Pakistan, these Terms do not override or supersede any applicable Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. Users in Pakistan are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with all applicable local legislation. Basamt does not represent, warrant or imply that access to the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and Basamt, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings. All unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the operator's licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under consumer protection or data protection legislation applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

Basamt reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes to these Terms will be communicated through the following mechanisms:

• Publication of revised Terms at this URL with an updated effective date;
• A notice on the Platform homepage or within the user account area where material changes are made;
• Email notification to registered users where the Platform has a valid email address on record and the change is material to user rights or obligations.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current conditions governing your use of the Platform. The effective date at the top of this page reflects when the current version came into force.
