• Payment Processors: Licensed payment service providers who facilitate deposits and withdrawals. Only the minimum data necessary for payment processing is shared. Full payment credentials are managed by the payment provider, not stored by Basamt.

The Basamt platform is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years or older, or such higher minimum age as required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect, process or retain Personal Data from individuals under the age of 18.

If we become aware that Personal Data has been collected from a minor without verifiable parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. We implement age verification measures as part of our KYC process to screen for underage users during the account registration and verification flow. However, we acknowledge that no technical safeguard is entirely foolproof and that parental supervision remains an important layer of protection.
